Why can't I use my phone during lunch? (The Post-Standard)

The mobile phone and iPod or MP3 player rule at my school is much too strict. The rule basically states thatÕ7SchunckÕ cell phones must be turned off and put away from 7:35 a.m. to 2:01 p.m. due to the risk of interrupting the learning process. More »
